- checklist

Please read through
this checklist to help you decide which type of conservatory best
suits your needs .
- What will your conservatory
be used for. Do you see it as an extension of the house or
an extension of the garden.
- Which room will it connect
to and which direction will it face. For morning or evening
sun or best views of the garden.
- Probably the toughest
decision is what size should the conservatory be.
(no one has ever complained to us that they bought a conservatory
that was too large).
- The style is very important,
it needs to look good from the inside and outside. Remember its
appearance will effect the value of the house.
- The security levels,
these needs to at least match the rest of the house.
- Heating and ventilation,
if the conservatory is to be used all year round it will need
to be heated in the winter and ventilated in the summer.
- Planning permission,
most conservatories dont need planning permission but it
is advisable to check with local building control to make sure
and to get a letter confirming this.
